HANDLING OF PERSONAL DATA 1. WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA? Personal Data refers to any and all information provided to JOINAC by a user (Name, address, e-mail address, etc.) that can identify him or her. (This does not include data sent for statistical reference. 2. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA In situations wherein user information is requested, JOINAC shall clearly state the purpose(s), range(s), and other significant explanations, in addition to obtaining user permission, before any collection of personal data takes place. 3. USE OF PERSONAL DATA JOINAC shall not use any personal data for any other purpose(s) than that (or those) agreed to by the user. 4. RELEASE OF PERSONAL DATA TO A 3RD PARTY While under user agreement and/or within legal boundaries, JOINAC shall not, unless legally requested by law, release and personal data to any 3rd party. 5.
