System Update Completion: Resolution of Email Delivery Issues

Since the launch of our new system this past January, we have experienced ongoing technical issues where automated replies and confirmation emails were not being delivered to users with Gmail, Hotmail, or Outlook accounts.
We sincerely apologize for the lack of formal announcement and any inconvenience this may have caused over the past few months.
We are pleased to inform you that we have successfully completed a full system re-optimization. All email delivery services are now fully restored and functioning normally.
If you have created your member account since January and have not received a response, we kindly ask you to repeat the procedure.
