Article 1: Terms of Use

JOINAC Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes these Terms of Use regarding the use of the website "RAINBOW SHOPPERS" (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"). Please read these terms carefully before using the Site. By registering as a member, placing an order, or using any other services, you are agreeing to these terms.

Article 2: Definitions

1. Individuals who apply for membership through the registration page after agreeing to these terms shall be eligible for membership. The following acts are prohibited during registration:

Article 4: Management of Passwords and Information

1. Members are responsible for managing their own ID and password. If there are any changes to your information, please log in and update your profile. Passwords can also be changed at any time.
2. Please set a password that is difficult for others to guess and change it periodically. The Company and the Shop shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the leakage or theft of your ID and password.

Article 5: Cancellation of Membership

Members wishing to withdraw can do so via "My Page." Your registration will be deleted upon confirmation. However, transaction records will be retained for order history management.

Article 6: Prohibited Matters

The following acts are prohibited. Violation may result in the suspension of site access. Furthermore, the User shall be liable for any damages caused to the Company due to such violations.

1. Violation of these Terms of Use.
2. Use of the Site by minors is prohibited.
3. Acts that harm the rights, interests, or reputation of the Company, other customers, members, shops, or third parties.
4. Acts that may adversely affect the mental or physical health of youth, or violate public order or laws.
5. Entering false information or engaging in fraudulent transactions.
6. Transmitting or entering harmful computer programs, emails, etc.
7. Unauthorized access to our servers or other computer systems.
8. Impersonating others to place orders or other fraudulent activities.
9. Unauthorized use of any information on the Site.
10. Acts that interfere with our services.

Article 7: Provision of Services

The Company may modify, add, or discontinue parts or all of its services without prior notice. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users as a result of these measures.

Article 8: Handling of Personal Information

The Company handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the Site.

Article 9: Disclaimer

1. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or legality of product descriptions or any other content on the Site. In the event of an error in a product description, please contact the Shop directly.
2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused by system interruptions, delays, data loss, or unauthorized access due to failures in communication lines or computers.
3. The Company does not guarantee that emails or content sent from our pages, servers, or domains are free of computer viruses or other harmful elements.

Article 10: Revision of Terms

These terms may be revised without prior notice. Revisions will be posted on the Site.

Article 11: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Japanese law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in the first instance.
