2026/06/12 How to troubleshoot errors in the shopping cart: Microsoft Edge

Our shopping cart system requires browser cookies to function correctly.

Recently, the newest version of Microsoft Edge has cookies disabled by default.

Could you please check and enable the cookie settings in your browser by following these steps?

1. Open Microsoft Edge.

2. Click on the "..." (Settings and more) menu in the top-right corner and select "Settings".

3. On the left side menu, click on "Cookies and site permissions".

4. Under "Cookies and data stored", click on "Manage and delete cookies and site data".

5. Ensure that "Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended)" is turned ON.

6. Make sure that "Block third-party cookies" is turned OFF (or add our website to the "Allow" list).

After updating the settings, please restart your browser and try adding the item to the cart again.

Alternatively, please access our site using another browser such as Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
